Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping cost is £4.99 for all orders under £100 within mainland UK, unless the product is marked as “Free Shipping”. Orders over £100 shipped to a mainland UK address are qualify for free delivery, with no additional handling charges applicable.
Please note, Northern Ireland addresses may incur higher shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for all postage costs (where applicable) and surcharges.
Payment Options
We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payment should be made in full at the time of your order. We also accept Bank Transfers and are happy to process Purchase Orders from schools, leisure centres, councils, and similar organisations. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us at with us before placing your order.
Shipping Services
We offer Express, First Class, and Second Class tracked shipping options. We also use a DPD Courier for larger items like nets. If you wish to receive your item quicker, then please contact us at before placing your order.
Shipping Time
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders by the next working day (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Paddle Power will do its best to post orders in one package, but in some cases, multiple packages may be necessary.
If items are out of stock, we aim to complete back orders within four weeks, considering it can take up to three weeks for stock to arrive from the manufacturers / suppliers. Rest assured, we will make every reasonable effort to complete your order promptly.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10am (excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery within mainland UK typically takes 2 – 5 working days. While most Royal Mail deliveries arrive within 2 days, some may take longer.
We may accept special ‘custom’ orders under common conditions. All specially ordered products must be prepaid, and no returns will be accepted. Delivery time will be determined at the time of order. Special order requests must be made in writing to .
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only, and Paddle Power is not liable for postal delivery delays.
Shipping Outside Mainland UK
Please get in touch with us, for a shipping quote, before you place an order. Delivery times will depend on the service used.
International Orders
For international shipping quotes, please get in touch with us, providing details of the items you’d like to purchase (Product SKU, Product Name, Colour, Size etc) and your shipping address. Please be aware that import duties and delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Damage Claims
Paddle Power ensures all products are free of damage at the point of dispatch. According to major small package carriers, signing for your packages indicates acceptance without damage. Therefore, DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If needed, inspect packages with the carrier present to determine any transportation damage.
Damage claims can only be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damaged packages with damaged goods should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
Packaging
We care about the environment and use recycled void-fill paper and materials whenever possible. Your order may arrive in a recycled box, and we encourage you to recycle and reuse any packaging materials, such as plastic covers or bubble-wrap envelopes, used to protect your paddles.
