Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Payment Methods: We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Pricing: Prices at the time of dispatch will apply to all orders and are subject to change without notice. Having this price list does not constitute an offer. All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be added at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer various shipping options. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver products within 2 – 5 days (UK Mainland). However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping: Send us an email to if you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, prior to placing an order. Please be aware that import duties and delays are outside of our control. Additional charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges
Pickleball Paddles
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (at your expense). Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note our supplier charges a re-stocking fee of £7.50 per item for returned pickleball paddles / equipment. The re-stocking fee does not apply to exchanges. If you wish to exchange the item, you will bear the shipping cost for the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process: Send us an email to to initiate a return. Returned items must be sent via ‘Signed For’ delivery, unless otherwise agreed, to ensure we receive the products and can process your refund or exchange accordingly. We cannot process exchanges until we have received the original returned item.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days of receiving the returned item, and will be sent to the original method of payment.
Clothing
Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. As our clothing items are custom-made, we cannot offer a refund for orders where an incorrect size has been ordered.
If you wish to exchange the item, you will bear the shipping cost for the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
Items sold by us are covered by manufacturers’ warranties, which can be checked on the relevant manufacturer’s website. If the warranty requires registration, the purchaser is responsible for registering their product to activate the warranty.
Any product showing signs of abuse or alteration will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is found to be defective, notify us immediately in writing to and we will assist you further.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our website or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products you ordered.
